A farmhouse believed to be at least 130 years old — and a former location for Uno Pizzeria and Grill — is now included in a workforce housing project, according to a Wisconsin State Journalreport. The building, at 7601 Mineral Point Road, is slated to be moved closer to the roadway and will be incorporated into a multifamily development that includes 64 units. The building will be placed on a new foundation and converted into a community space with a kitchen and fitness center. The $15 million project is a partnership between Northpointe Development, DreamLane Real Estate Group, and Lutheran Social Services. The completion date is summer 2023.
