WS Development, which owns Hilldale Mall in Madison, continues renovations and plans to add a courtyard and more visibility and access to Macy’s and Sundance Cinemas.
The latest project would transform 55,000 square feet of space and reduce retail space by 10,000 square feet.
The company has submitted a proposal to the Urban Design Commission, and would like to begin work in early 2017. No cost has been announced.
