Massachusetts-based WS Development, owner of Hilldale Shopping Center, has purchased the BMO Harris bank property at 401 N. Segoe Road for $7.3 million.
The 2.8-acre property is south of the mall and across from the Great Dane Brew Pub, raising speculation that WS may be looking to make Hilldale even larger, according to a story in the Wisconsin State Journal.
