The new year marks the start of the second phase of renovations at Hilldale Mall.
Massachusetts-based WS Development is transforming the once-enclosed mall into an open-air “streetscape” shopping destination. Changes to the south side of the mall, from Macy’s to Sundance Cinemas, will introduce new businesses to the property and add an outdoor green space that will be utilized year round for events and programs.
The project should be completed by summer and all businesses will remain open during construction.
