Hilldale will take part in the citywide Make Music Madison festival with seven acts performing around the center.
Make Music Madison is a free, citywide day of music held annually on June 21. Initiated in Madison in 2013, the festival is part of the larger Make Music Day, an international summer solstice music celebration occurring in more than 1,000 cities globally.
The groups that will perform at Hilldale, along with their locations and times, include:
- The Driftless Regionnaires at Metcalfe’s Market Patio from 10 a.m.–12:15 p.m.;
- Eric De Los Santos at The Plaza from 10:45–11:45 a.m.;
- Starr Grass Band at The Green from 12–1 p.m.;
- Look Ma! Four Hands! at Metcalfe’s Market Patio from 1:30–2 p.m.;
- Jennifer Hedstrom at Metcalfe’s Market Patio from 3–4 p.m.;
- The Pray Trio at The Green from 4–6 p.m.; and
- Mark Stransky at Metcalfe’s Market Patio from 5–5:45 p.m.
