According to a recent press release, Herzing University–Madison is partnering with UW Health to offer an information session for all interested nursing students. The session reflects community-wide efforts being made to combat the health care shortage in Wisconsin and beyond.
During the event, attendees will have the opportunity to learn about UW Health’s 12-month nurse residency program at their magnet-designated facility. The program offers full-time, paid opportunities after graduation from nursing school, with further employment possibilities after completion.
Prospective students and health care professionals will be on-site.
The session will take place on Tuesday, July 18 from noon–1 p.m. at Herzing University at 5218 E. Terrace Drive. Registration is available online.
