A Madison-based health IT startup has received $4.5 million from local investors in a Series A investment round. HealthMyne, founded in 2013, provides search, analytics, and imaging solutions to cancer care providers. Pending FDA approval, the company hopes to launch its first product — designed to help clinicians better detect and diagnose lung nodules — later this year.
