Madison-based health technology company HealthMyne has received U.S. Food and Drug Administration approval to market its software aimed at enabling physicians to better analyze medical images of things such as tumors.
HealthMyne’s software can help locate a tumor, measure its size, and identify its characteristics.
HealthMyne plans to begin targeting lung cancer tumors first before adding programs to detect other cancerous tumors in the liver, prostate, breast, and brain over the next year.
