Public Health of Madison & Dane County has modified its existing order relating to religious gatherings following a letter sent from a Washington, D.C.-based law firm retained by the Catholic Diocese of Madison, according to a joint release.

The modification means churches can host services up to 25% of their capacity. The previous order allowed churches to have as many services as they wanted but capped them at 50 parishioners per service.
