Madison-based Health eFilings LLC, a health care technology company, has raised $935,000 of a proposed $1.5 million funding round, according to its filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
Ten investors participated in the deal for the company, which formed in April, according to a Milwaukee Journal Sentinel report.
Health eFilings’ proprietary software helps providers and health care organizations to electronically submit required quality data that complies with Medicare regulations.
