The Madison City Council suspended the late-night license of a local food cart for one year after an employee, Ellis Slaughter, allegedly pulled an assault-style weapon from the cart to discourage a fight that had erupted in the cart’s food line.

Leia’s Lunchbox, owned by Leia Boers, will still be able to serve food during the day, according to a Wisconsin State Journal report.

Slaughter was charged with felony second-degree recklessly endangering safety and Boers was also cited for obstruction.
