Madison-based Hausmann-Johnson Insurance has announced a merger with Pewaukee-based Benefit Services Group Inc.
The two firms will maintain their brands but a new holding company will provide oversight. Barry Richter, Hausmann’s president, will serve as president of the new holding company, while BSG’s president and owner, Gerald Frye, will serve as the holding company’s CEO.
Clients shouldn’t notice any changes, according to a release.
