Three new entertainment establishments will open later this summer when Iowa-based Harmonic Hospitality Group brings The Stuffed Olive, Double Tap, and Roxxy to a newly-constructed building in downtown Madison at the corner of State and Gorham streets. Located on the ground floor of the new Core Spaces ōLiv Madison development, current plans call for all three establishments to be open for business by early August.
Harmonic Hospitality Group CEO Tony DeSalvo said hiring for all three establishments is underway, and the company anticipates the need to hire and train approximately 150 team members by the end of July in preparation of the openings. The Stuffed Olive is an upscale-casual martini concept with three Iowa locations that offers patrons more than 100 different martini options along with a small plates menu.
Roxxy is an upscale, retro food and beverage concept that features ’80s-, ’90s-, and early 2000’s-themed décor and drinks. It also features live DJs on the weekends, and the Madison space will have an area for live music and events.
Double Tap is an adult bar with a rotating selection of current and retro games, beer, and pizza. It offers game leagues and tournaments as well.
