Work on high-end department store Von Maur at West Towne Mall is set to resume before January, according to a Wisconsin State Journal report.
CBL Properties, the Tennessee-based owners of the mall, will continue the demolition of the two-story former Boston Store space to make way for the 85,000-square-foot Von Maur store. Demolition was halted earlier this year due to COVID-19 and the project was further complicated with bankruptcy protection filed by CBL in November. The opening is now set for fall 2022.
