Sun Prairie’s Hallman/Lindsay Paints has acquired O’Leary Paint.
The company is an independent, regional paint manufacturer with a retail location at 1717 N Bristol St. In Sun Prairie’s business park.
The acquisition will expand the company’s retail footprint and will help it support professional contractors and homeowners.
O’Leary Paint’s day-to-day operations will remain unchanged while the Hallman/Lindsay brand will gradually be introduced into new markets.
