Habitat for Humanity of Dane County opened its new headquarters and West Side Restore on June 2 in the former location of Odana Antiques, a 45,000-square-foot building at 6201 Odana Road, according to a report from the Wisconsin State Journal.

Habitat purchased the new facility for about $2 million last summer and spent another $750,000 to remodel the building to relocate its West Side ReStore, corporate headquarters, and the contents of two warehouses into the space.

The Odana Road building includes four offices, three conference rooms, a “wellness” room, 6,000 square feet of office space, the 22,000-square-foot ReStore, and 17,000-square-foot warehouse.

A grand opening is planned for later this month.
