Guaranteed Rate, an independent home loan company, has opened a retail office in Sun Prairie at 1020 N. Bristol St. The company has over 140 offices in 47 states and Washington, D.C. Sun Prairie resident Adam McCormick, vice president of mortgage lending, is managing the office.
