T. Wall Enterprises recently held a groundbreaking for the six-story Watermark Lofts, a mixed-use project going up at 900 John Nolen Drive. The building will include 80 apartments, a rooftop terrace with a sundeck and community garden plots, underground parking, a bike-parking room, and first-floor offices. The building is slated to open on July 1, 2015.
