T. Wall Enterprises held a groundbreaking on June 25 for its newest development, Wingra Point Residences, which will be built near the intersection of Fish Hatchery Road and South Park Street in Madison. Located at 1033 High St., the project will include 67 market-rate apartments, underground parking, a community room, and a fitness center. It will also offer two rooftop terraces with views of the Capitol.
