Three new restaurants are slated to open this spring at Greenway Station in Middleton.
Café Zupas makes “house-made” foods made with fresh ingredients; Jersey Mike’s Subs, a national chain with 1,500 locations, will be the restaurant’s first venture into Greater Madison; and San Diego-based Sushi Freak is described as “a place where the ancient art of sushi meets the 21st century.”
