The Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with Deborah Biddle of The People Co., is offering a free, two-event series focused on providing business owners with insights, resources, and strategies for implementing and enhancing their diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) practices.

The first event, “Navigating DEIB: Current Landscape and Future Directions,” will take place on Nov. 19 at Madison’s UnityPoint Health–Meriter Jeff Levy Education Center, 2180 W. Beltline Highway, from noon–4 p.m. Participants will have the opportunity to share their experiences, challenges, and aspirations regarding practices within their businesses, and gather valuable data and best practice trends to inform future strategies. Click here to register.

The second event, “Strategy for Small Businesses,” will be held on Jan. 21 at the same location and time. Click here to register and learn more.

Chamber members are welcome to attend, but these workshops are primarily intended for owners of small- and medium-sized businesses and leaders who do not have significant internal resources dedicated to DEIB or related initiatives. Attendance at both events is preferred but not required.
