Great Big Pictures, a Madison graphics producer, has been acquired by GSP Inc., a Clearwater, Fla.-based provider of retail marketing services, for an undisclosed price.
GSP also acquired Great Big’s 80,000-square-foot Madison facility to help GSP reduce transit costs.
Great Big’s founders will join GSP as advisers and Great Big Pictures CEO Alice Torti will continue running the company, as a division of GSP.
