A new grab-and-go bowl and juice spot called Todofresco is set to open in the former Capital Takeout space by mid-September, the Capital Times reports. The business, located at 114 E. Main St., will be housed in the historic Tenney building and have tech-forward updates.
Todofresco’s menu will focus on grain bowls, salads, wraps, and cold-pressed juices. The space will have no seats, offering counter service and takeout only. The price point and hours are not yet fully set, but hours are expected to be around 10 a.m.–8 p.m. daily to include lunch and dinner.
Distillery Design and OPN Architects are working on the design of Todofresco with Rule No. One, the same team that worked on the Todofresco owner’s other restaurant, pizzeria Lucille.
