Gorman & Co. appoints Matthew Childress as Wisconsin Market President

Gorman & Company, an affordable housing developer, announced Friday that Matthew Childress has joined the firm as Wisconsin Market President 

In the role, he will provide leadership for development and investment across Wisconsin.  

Former Wisconsin Market President Ted Matkom is transitioning into a national role focused on supporting and strengthening Gorman’s public housing portfolio. 

Childress has experience in housing finance, policy and development. Prior to joining Gorman & Company, he was vice president of acquisitions & real estate finance at the Wisconsin Housing Preservation Corp.
