The Gordon Flesch Co. (GFC) has agreed to acquire Information Technology Professionals (ITP), a managed service provider.
ITP was founded by Paul Hager in 2003 and grew to about 40 employees with locations in Madison, Appleton, and the Milwaukee area. [IB named Hager CEO of the Year in 2019.]
In a GFC release, the acquisition of ITP makes GFC one of the largest technology solutions providers in the state. “[ITP’s] strong technical team and operational maturity will be a great addition to the current team that GFConsulting has built over the years,” notes President Patrick Flesch.
Says Hager, “I am excited for the opportunity to begin the next chapter in our story, as we join one of the oldest and most respected technology companies in the Midwest.”
