Gordon Flesch Co. (GFC) announced it has agreed to acquire Woodstock, Illinois-based Stan’s LPS Midwest, a provider of business technology services in Wisconsin and Illinois. Like GFC, Stan’s LPS Midwest is a family-owned and operated independent office technology dealer. This acquisition will expand the geographical footprint of GFC in Wisconsin and Illinois. The merged company will take the Gordon Flesch Co. name and will serve business customers in Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Ohio, and South Dakota.
