Madison-based Gordon Flesch Co. has acquired Jim Gordon Inc., a Canon, Sharp, and Lexmark dealer headquartered in Columbus, Indiana, according to a release from the company.
Following GFC’s earlier acquisition of Terre Haute-based IBE, the acquisition of Jim Gordon Inc. will help make it one of the largest office technology providers in Indiana and solidify its position as the nation’s largest independent Canon dealer.
