Gordon Flesch Co., an office technology company based in Madison, announced it will acquire Indiana Business Equipment, a Canon dealer located in Terre Haute, Indiana.
GFC says the transaction, which follows its acquisition of Iowa-based Advanced Systems Inc., will help it continue to grow its territory and solidify its position as the nation’s largest independent Canon dealer.
GFC currently has office locations in Indianapolis and Bloomington, Indiana, and adding the IBE location in Terre Haute will give the company a stronger presence across the central part of the state and into Illinois.
