A downtown business suffered extensive damage on Tuesday due to a burst pipe that flooded the showroom and basement at the store.
Goodman’s Jewelers at 220 State St. in downtown Madison said it will remain closed until further notice, while currently working on damage control and clean up.
Customer items at the store for repair or other services are “safe, dry and secure,” according to the store’s social media.
