Volunteer coaches are also needed at a number of sites throughout the area. Interested volunteers must complete an application, background check, and coach training before the start of the season. Girls on the Run provides the curriculum and supplies needed to deliver each lesson. Coaches commit to attending practices one to two times per week throughout the season. People of all genders are invited to coach, and running experience is not required. More information and the link to the coach application can be found here.
