Nonprofit Gigi’s Playhouse Madison on Friday broke ground on its new facility in Fitchburg, WMTV15 reports.
The organization, which currently operates on Monona Drive in Monona, serves individuals with Down syndrome and their families across Greater Madison, offering educational and therapeutic resources.
The new space, located at 2693 Botanical Drive, will allow Gigi’s to provide more individuals and families with lifelong support and enhance its programming. It is set to open in late summer or early fall 2026.
