TG Properties and Brokerage, LLC, headed by Tom Gialamas, has ended ties with Colliers International in order to form a joint venture with Newmark Grubb Pfefferle. Gialamas’ commercial real estate company in Madison will operate as Newmark Grubb Gialamas, while Newmark Grubb Pfefferle will continue to serve the northern parts of the state.
