The renovation of the Garver Feed Mill behind Olbrich Botanical Gardens is scheduled for completion this summer. Three new tenants have been announced, including Perennial-East (yoga), Surya Café, and Briar Loft, a boutique floral business.
Others already committed include Nessalla Kombucha, Kosa Wellness, Sitka Salmon, Ian’s Pizza, Calliope Ice Cream, and Underground Catering.
The building, originally built in 1906, will also offer event space for public and private events. Baum Revision is the developer.
