Madison’s Garver Feed Mill, located next to Olbrich Botanical Gardens, announced the addition of three local small businesses: beaut.Studios, GROW Greenhouse, and Quince & Apple.
Newly-formed beaut.Studios is a venture begun by Jenna Vial and Abbey Krenz, both of whom have 15 years of experience in the local beauty industry. With a goal of opening in late 2023 or early 2024 at Garver, beaut.Studios will offer workshop space for independent stylists and creators.
The addition of GROW Greenhouse, owned by Melissa O’Brien, brings hundreds of plants to the corridors and the mezzanine at Garver. If visitors like a plant or pot, they can simply scan the QR code, purchase through the online link, and take the plant or pot home.
Quince & Apple, recently purchased by Gourmet Indulgences LLC, is moving its operations to Garver Feed Mill effective Dec. 1. Founded in Madison and owned by Bruce Moncrieff, Quince & Apple offers artisan preserves, pickled products, and nuts.
With the addition of these three tenants, Garver is now home to 15 independently owned local businesses that specialize in food production, health and wellness, and hospitality. Tenants include KOSA Ayurvedic Spa & Retreat, Garver Events, Ledger Coffee Roasters, Twig & Olive Photography, Glitter Workshop, Nessalla Kombucha, Sitka Seafood Market, Ian’s Pizza, Calliope Ice Cream, Perennial Yoga East, Roll Play, and REAP Food Group.
