Fund launched to help State Street businesses

The Central Business Improvement District has created the Downtown Madison Fund with a goal of $300,000 to help the recovery of State Street businesses, according to a story from the Wisconsin State Journal.

The fund is being created through the Madison Community Foundation. The Central Business Improvement District had tried to secure economic relief from the city of Madison but was turned down.
