Adam Benedetto’s tavern at 1602 Gilson St. is now fully open, adding dinner hours and launching its bar program at the end of April after an initial opening in March.
The site was formerly home to Funk Factory Geuzeria and then Black Rose Blending Co. Black Rose closed in November 2024.
The restaurant serves items like a raclette sandwich, tins of fish, pizza and more.
