FreshFin, a restaurant serving poke and grain bowls served with sustainably caught Yellowfin Tuna and Atlantic-Canadian Salmon, will be opening at Hilldale Shopping Center in summer 2022, according to a statement from the center. This will be FreshFin’s second Madison location, joining one at 502 University Ave. near campus, along with other Wisconsin locations in Milwaukee, Brookfield, Wauwatosa, and Glendale. The restaurant will be located between Muramoto Hilldale and Dumpling Haus at 542 N. Midvale Blvd.
