The Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction will help organizations serve free meals to children across the state through the Summer Food Service Program.

This summer program serves over 3 million meals at over 900 locations for low-income families.

The program is funded by the U.S. Department of Agriculture and is an extension of the National School Lunch Program and the School Breakfast Program.
