The Wisconsin Historical Society is set to receive a $10 million boost from W. Jerome Frautschi for its new downtown Wisconsin history museum, according to a Wisconsin State Journal report. The donation will help ensure that the $120 million project is built on the site of the 271,493-square-foot General Executive Facility. The gift pushes private donations for the project beyond the required $30 million to secure $70 million in state funding.
