Madison-based Franklin Fueling Systems is investing $2.8 million to increase its capacity with equipment and additional building space. The expansion is expected to create about 39 jobs over the next few years. Franklin Fueling Systems is eligible for $139,000 in tax credits through the Wisconsin Economic Development Corp. (WEDC).
