Frank Beer Distributors, Inc. and La Crosse Beverage, LLC – both part of the Frank Beverage Group in Middleton – finalized an asset purchase agreement with Preferred Distributors, LLC of Sparta, Wis. The transaction will be finalized Dec. 31.
The Frank Beverage Group employs over 400 people across the state.
