The Wisconsin Economic Development Corp. (WEDC) found a problem with the $3 billion incentive agreement for the Foxconn contract and halted a scheduled vote until things are worked out.

Specific details about the problem are unknown, although Sen. Tim Carpenter, D-Milwaukee, characterized it as a “nuclear bomb,” that would not have protected taxpayers, according to an article in the Wisconsin State Journal.

The vote has been delayed until November.
