A Wisconsin Public Radio report shows Foxconn has paid Mount Pleasant nearly $30 million in make-up payments since 2024.

Foxconn’s plan to build a $10 billion plant to manufacture LCD screens in Wisconsin did not materialize, and the payments are part of a development agreement between the company and Mount Pleasant.

The village received $14.3 million in payments in 2024 and $15 million more recently.
