The Capital Times and its charitable arm, The Evjue Foundation, is giving $635,000 in grants to Dane County nonprofits affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, according to a report by The Capital Times. The priorities for the grants include support for food pantries, nonprofits that provide meals to the unemployed and otherwise needy, and support for front-line health care workers. The grant awards come ahead of the normal grant cycle.
