Forward Theater Co. launched its Future Forward Endowment campaign with the goal of raising $4 million by the end of 2024, WMTV15 reports. The funds help cover performance production costs, which are funded roughly 50% by ticket sales.
The professional theater group, currently in residence at the Overture Center, is $300,000 away from its goal, and Pleasant T. Rowland, through the Madison Community Foundation, has pledged to match every dollar donated to the campaign.Â
