Advarra, a Maryland biosafety and research consultant, announced the intent to acquire Forte, a Madison provider of standards-based clinical research technology.
Terms were not disclosed, but the transaction was expected to close in September, according to an Advarra release.
Shree Kalluri, Forte’s founder and CEO, recently launched Zerology in Madison, a new zero-emissions transportation company that will use electric vehicles.
