An employee of UW Housing (terminated more than a year ago) was charged with a dozen felonies after stealing $113,890 from the UW–Madison’s housing division.

The charges have led to a procedural review of policies in an effort to thwart future theft.

According to a Wisconsin State Journalreport, Kevin O’Donnell, the former housing division’s purchasing manager, committed the fraud between July 2014 and February 2017. He was fired a month later.
