John and Jake DeHaven’s plans to open a restaurant and performance spot in the former Sons of Norway building on Atwood Avenue are moving forward.
The duo selected a name, Winnebago Arts Café, and hope to open by Oct. 1, according to a report in the Wisconsin State Journal.
