The Victoria at Huxley Yards — a 250-unit senior living complex with one- and two-bedroom apartments, will see residents move in on April 1, with the building fully leased, the Cap Times reported

And The View at Huxley Yards, a 303-apartment building with units ranging from one- through four-bedrooms, began allowing residents to move in last week.

The complexes are built on a former Oscar Mayer site on Madison’s north side west of Packers Avenue between Aberg and Commercial Avenues. Both are rent restricted for residents who make 50-70% of the area’s median income, which is about $90,000 for an individual or $130,000 for a family of four.
