The land that once bore Lunchables could soon be a nuclear fusion facility.
The Wisconsin State Journal reported that Realta Fusion, currently in an office building on Madison’s west side, could soon be housed in the former Oscar Mayer property on Madison’s east side.
The site would accommodate a growing number of staff and a prototype fusion device.
Realta said there is one other site under consideration, but didn’t give details, and said a site decision will be made in the coming months.
